"These boxes are decent for the price, and..."
These boxes are decent for the price, and they do feel sturdy enough, so I can’t say they’re bad. The print looked fine too. But the surface texture was rougher than I expected, and that kind of stood out to me more than the good parts. They just didn’t feel as smooth or premium in hand as I was hoping. Overall, they’re usable, but I’m not super impressed...

"Sample looked good, but I do have a few complaints"
Ordering the sample was easy enough, and it showed up quickly. It looked good overall, so I’m happy with that part. My only complaints are that the tracking could’ve been clearer, the packaging felt a little basic, and the tracking thing was kind of annoying. Still, the sample itself came out nice.

"Low minimums made it way easier"
I really liked that I didn’t have to order a huge, huge batch right away. I was able to try a small run first, it made things so much less stressful for my shop. Way easier to test things out without feeling stuck.

I used packlane for some custom boxes and overall had a good experience. I really liked how much I could adjust, like the sizes, colors, and adding my logo. It was straightforward, but I did have to play around with the design tool for a while to get everything looking right. I was expecting the instructions to be a little clearer, especially for lining things up and understanding the preview. The preview also felt a bit slow at times, which is why I’m giving 4 stars. Still, the customization options were solid and the boxes turned out close to what I wanted.

"Pretty easy to put together, I think"
The boxes folded up easily, and it only took me a few minutes to assemble them. I was kind of expecting it to be more complicated, but maybe I just got the hang of it quickly.

I like that they offer more eco-friendly packaging options, and it definitely feels like a step in the right direction. That said, after looking at a few choices, I noticed the greener picks still tend to be a bit pricier across the board. Nice to have, but I wish the cost gap was smaller...

"Uploading my files was painless"
I uploaded my design and didn’t run into much trouble. It accepted both my PDF and AI files, which was a relief. One of the previews took a little longer to load, so I was just sitting there like, okay... is this happening or not? But then it worked fine. Overall, smooth process.

"Reordering was honestly a breeze"
I’ve ordered from Packlane a few times now, and the reorder option really does make things so much easier. All my previous box details were still saved, so I didn’t have to go through the whole setup process again, which saved me a ton of time. I’m taking off one star because I wish the shipping updates were a bit clearer, but overall, I’ve had a good experience. It’s a small thing, but when you’re busy trying to keep everything moving, that kind of convenience genuinely feels like a relief.

"I still remember how annoying it used to..."
I still remember how annoying it used to be trying to track down old box orders and figure out what design I used before. With packlane, it’s been such a relief. I can log in, see my past orders, save my designs, and reorder without feeling like I’m starting from scratch every time. Updating my account info was simple too, which I really appreciated. I had one small question and support got back to me quickly. it just makes the whole process feel a lot less stressful.

I ordered some custom boxes from Packlane and, the checkout was painless. The price updated clearly as I went, the shipping options were easy to spot, and I didn’t feel like I was getting sent all over the place just to finish the order.
I did stop for a second to double-check my design, just to be safe, but after that the payment went through without any drama. The confirmation email showed up right away too, so yeah, overall it was easier than I expected

I’ve ordered from Packlane a handful of times now, and the shipping has been really dependable. They showed up when they said it would, which is a big deal when I’m trying to keep things moving for my small shop.

One of my orders even arrived a day early, and everything was in good shape with no damage. Tracking was simple enough, too. Nothing fancy or stressful, just got what I needed on time.

"Good Support Experience Overall"
